1984 NBA All Star Program Signed Auto EARL MONROE HOF Bullets Knicks Basketball

A GREAT vintage 1984 NBA All-Star Program signed by Hall of Famer Earl Monroe. Earl was on the "Old Timers" roster for this all star weekend. His signature is on the back of the program.
This is part of a recent acquisition of similar type signed items. There were two signed 1984 programs in this lot, both obtained by the original owner. The other program has 27 players signatures on it. That other program is for sale in my other listings. For whatever reason this program only has the one signature, Earl Monroe.
I sent the other 27x signed program to PSA. The authentication came back quickly, the number for that one is
PSA/DNA Cert # AL00985.
I did not send this one to PSA as well. The certification costs were too high to justify doing it, so this is being sold as is. There is no reason for me to believe this not to be genuine. I will gladly reimburse your full purchase price on proof of a failed COA if you decide to pay the costs to get it authenticated.
