    Original owner.  Garaged & out of the weather.  Low Mileage, 99980.  2010 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium Wagon 2.5L Automatic AWD & PSEV.
    New Michelin tires 1 year ago.  Oil and regular maintenance interval service mostly done by the Subaru dealer and have consistently completed their recommended replacements, flushes, exchanges, etc.  Drives in like-new condition averaging around 30+MPG. Certified super-ultra low emission vehicle, PZEV.  Interior has been kept clean and cabin air filters replaced.  Non-smoker.
    A couple of features to name a few: Compass in rear mirror, all weather & carpeted mats, 10-way seat, privacy glass, 17" alloy wheels, a switchblade roof rack, 2 keys with alarm, genuine Subaru bag. Full spare tire remains untouched.
    Dealer paperwork from when new including the actual window sticker, an envelope with key codes, service invoices, etc.  Windshield wiper cover recall complied with by dealer in June of 2017.
    Heated windshield has a couple of rock chips in it but small and not spreading.  A small creased dent in front hood end as shown by pic.  Front bumper has small 1” tear in it. Top roof trim black paint chipping off.  A few inches of back window trim is loose.
    Vehicle is sold as-is and in good running condition.  Good luck on this Japanese beauty!
