This part bolts in between the intake manifold, and carburetor
Your 34 pict-3 carburetor must have the decel. Arm, or won’t install
Also... this is 1 part of a 2 part system. Sale is for what’s pictured
Other part needed is called an altitude correction valve

What and why?
A deceleration valve keeps the throttle plate open just enough
To reduce any raw fuel being drawn into the engine under
Deceleration. Like down hill, or down shifting to a stop.
