    Reliable and easy to use, this food processor is built to withstand the demands of a commercial environment. Not only does it boast a powerful motor and stainless steel blades, it includes a 3 qt. bowl that holds plenty of product and is equipped with several safety features to prevent injuries. Plus, the unit comes standard with a continuous feed attachment, speeding up preparation. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
    With 1 hp, this robust unit packs the requisite power to handle large quantities of fruits, vegetables, sauce, and soup. Its build includes a durable base with nonskid feet for secure use, while its direct drive motor with stainless steel motor shaft and stainless steel blades will hold up to the demands of commercial operations.
    The CFBB342DG comes with a continuous feed attachment to further increase prep speed, as well as a 5/32" slicing disc, a 1/4" grating disc, and a plastic ejector disc for improved flexibility. The continuous feed attachment, which has a 6" x 3" kidney opening and 2" cylindrical opening, is ideal for processing vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, celery, and other similar product.
    This food processor comes with a clear lid, which makes it easy to monitor processing progress and add ingredients when necessary. The lid seals magnetically.
    The blades will automatically stop when the lid's magnet disengages to ensure safe use for the operator. Plus, the blade will not spin until the lid is shut and the bowl is locked in place.
    The Avamix CFBB342DG is easy to control, as it has a simple on/off switch located conveniently on the side. It's also compact in size, measuring just 10" x 12" x 18 1/2", which makes it suitable for establishments that have limited counterspace. And because it disassembles, you can easily store it away when not use.
