    Food preparation can be one of the most time-intensive parts of any foodservice operation, and adding a food processor to your kitchen's arsenal is a great way to cut down on that time! This food processor boasts a continuous feed design so you can slice, grate, and shred fresh ingredients for just about anything on your menu non-stop, with greater speed and safety than prepping ingredients by hand.
    The CFP5D features a 3/4 hp motor to power through any task, but also comes with a built-in safety mechanism that stops the motor when the large pusher is opened more than 12" above the hopper opening. A plunger for the cylinder-shaped feed tube also helps to reduce the risk of injury by keeping fingers away from the cutting area.
    This food processor comes with 2 slicing discs (5/64" and 5/32") that are great for slicing a wide range of fruits and vegetables. 3 grating discs (5/16", 5/32", and 1/8") let you easily grate and shred items like carrots and cheese.
    A 2" cylindrical hopper is perfect for processing long, thin products like carrots, cucumbers, or celery! For larger, bulkier items, use the 6" x 3" kidney-shaped hopper.
    A cast aluminum body gives this food processor the durability to stand up to the rigors of a commercial kitchen, while also making cleaning simple and easy! It also features an intuitive on/off control system that takes all the guesswork out of training - there are no settings or specialized control panels to memorize, making it easy for employees to learn how to use the machine.
