    Description

    In the Breville BFP660SILUSC Sous Chef® food processor, cooks can slice, shred, and chop ingredients and even knead bread dough. The bowl has a 12-cup capacity and is made of durable, BPA-free plastic. Because the bowl is clear, users can see food as it's processed. A stainless steel spindle in the bowl holds the blades and discs in place as they rotate. An S-blade is included for mixing, chopping, and processing, along with a variable slicing disc with 24 setting options. Also included are a reversible shredder with fine and coarse sides and a dough blade.
