It's laundry day and atop the machine is a basket, set of towels, box of soap flakes and a bottle of freshener.  These are non-functional - just decorative - decorated with silver finish trim - attach a silk ribbon and you could even hang as an ornament - wonderful workmanship.
This is a TINY Teapot figurine, therefore, no removable lid, cannot be used as a teapot, is strictly a decorative item.
I have the original set and will be listing them under separate sales.
