Dave Bing Detroit Pistons 1999 Upper Deck Card HOF autograph.  Dave played at Syracuse in college and played for the Detroit Pistons from 1966-1975 Washington Bullets 1975-1977 and Boston Celtics from 1977-1978. He also served as  74th Mayor of the City of Detroit from 2009-2013. He was inducted into the Naismith Hall of Fame in 1990 and the College Basketball Hall of Fame in 2006.
This autograph was obtained in the 1990’s through the mail by the President of the Wichita Sports Hall of Fame and Museum.
