This metal tin has a metal arm handle with a plastic Mickey Mouse. The one side of the tin features Mickey riding a motor bike numbered 28. The other side has a metal spinner with Mickey & Donald on either end. You can spin the spinner and it spins along the track painted underneath. The metal spinner does have some slight bending to it, but spins fine. There is white paint spray through out the tin, mostly at the top. I wiped it with a warm cloth, but did not try any other form of removal as I didn't want to harm the design. Other than the paint, the tin itself is in great condition. Latch top open and free of any dents. The inside is in great condition as well. There is some very minor rust on the outer rim (see photos)
Stands approximately 6" tall without the handle, 8" with. Approximately 6.25" wide and 2.75" deep.
