Great piece Black paint has some scratching and wear Hurd lock cylinder with key cover is there Has 1 Ford key in the cylinder that does not turn I don’t know if the key is actually for this piece but it was with it when I got it It attaches against the original spare tire without any tools bolts or nuts Operates by just turning one handle Great accessory piece that can be added to your vintage auto or rat rod restoration
