Shipping within the U.S.
Orders received before 1 pm PST on regular business days are usually shipped the same day

UPS cannot ship to a PO Box.  You must us USPS if your address is a PO Box.
Shipping outside of the U.S.
Overseas orders shipped by U.S. Postal Service do not have package tracking outside of the U.S., therefore we cannot replace products lost in transit once they leave the U.S. Postal system.
If you want the security of guaranteed delivery and package tracking outside of the U.S., please contact us and request shipment via UPS
International Priority Mail flat rate shipments have lower weight limits than domestic flat rate service
Small international flat rate: 4 lbs. limit
Medium & Large international flat rate: 20 lbs. limit
Buyer assumes all responsibility for customs, import duties, taxes and fees that may be incurred as a result of shipment to the desired country of destination.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us right away.  We will do our very best to make sure our products perform as expected and are well suited for your application.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions before sending any item back
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase
All returns must be in "new" undamaged condition
We reserve the right to deny refunds for products that are returned worn, damaged or otherwise not in "new" condition.
Not "new" condition includes any damage that may occur during return shipping, so please pack your return items carefully.
Refunds will be given for the item purchase price only.
Original shipping charges, return shipping charges and other non-purchase price costs will not be refunded.
