You are bidding on a large Greg Shooner redware plate.  It is a copy of a work by John Neis (1785-1867) who was a potter from Montgomery County, PA.
The plate reads around the edges:

Which is translated on the back, "I am made of Potter's pewter. When I break then I am gone.
