This is a beautiful vase I got from Gary when he was an instructor for Piedmont Technical College. The classes were held in Edgefield, South Carolina at the Center for Creative Technologies. It’s difficult to find any of his pieces! The vase is 14 inches tall and 9 inches at widest point. The opening is 3.5 inches. He made his own stamps, which are shown at the base of the 3 handles. It weighs almost 6 pounds. It is signed Clontz, SC. He retired in 2008 and lives in North Carolina. This is a nice piece to add to your southern folk art pottery collection!
