front page are ten Lakers autos: Jerry West, Happy Hairston (deceased), Keith Erickson, Jim McMillan signed twice (deceased), John Tresvant, Fred Hetzel, Rick Roberson, Willie McCarter, Pat Riley, Gail Goodrich.  The back of the page adds a bonus of two Milwaukee Bucks: Jon McGlocklin and Oscar Robertson (signed "Big O.")
