Manganese/ Selenium Glass- Decorative Bottle With Glass Bead Stopper

Festive manganese glass bottle with beaded glass stopper. I have no idea what it's intended purpose was, but it's gorgeous.
Red manganese glass bottle has a matte/frosted finish and is topped with a glass stopper featuring 3 glass beads- one red manganese, one cobalt blue and one green with white swirl. Thick glass, weighing 8.25 oz with stopper.
The insert is clear and shows wear. The black light pictures show the insert as orange, also. It is absolutely clear and turned basic purple under the black light. I couldn't get it to show as it is with my camera.
The 3 beads set at a slight angle to the insert. There are no signs that it was broken, so I assume it is a manufacturing defect.
