    Mexico, Scott 1550a, MNH.  1990 intact booklet.  1988 Velarde issue, complete unfolded booklet with 2 panes of 4 stamps plus label in middle overprinted in red with Mexican Chicagopex '90 souvenir cancel. This booklet was only sold at CHICAGOPEX '90 PHILEX and it is quite scarce as it had very limited sales at the show.  Fresh, bright & VF.  2016 Scott CV: 0.00
