New 1975-1991 C3 Corvette Tachometer Tach Filter

New 1975-1991 Corvette Tachometer Filter. This parts commonly fails and causes the tachometer not to work properly.
This is an electrical parts so no returns on opened items.
If you're not sure if you car needs one, check the tachometer with the key off, it should be part way around the dial and when you turn the key on it should go to zero, this indicates that the gauge has a good power supply and a ground. If you start the car and the tachometer needle does not move this indicates that it doesn't have a good signal from the distributor. To determine if the problem is the tach filter,  unplug and check the resistance between the connectors, it should read approximately 15,000 ohms, if it's significantly different, the fault is most likely with the tach filter.
