This auction is for 2 pieces of rare, hard-to-get, very old stock Australian Imperial Red Rhodonite. It was mined in the 1940's.  Estate sale from an old jewelry business in Chicago. This material cuts incredibly pretty cabs! It's awesome in inlay work. And as you can see - it facets up beautifully. It needs to be cut with diamond to get that deep red color with sparkle. (it sparkles like good aventurine) The faceted stone is not included!  Email me with any questions.  These pieces will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance.  Thank You.
