Original Vietnam War to 1980's U.S Navy Seal Trident Medals/Ribbons Badge Lot

For your consideration is this lot of Navy SEAL effects. The badge is made by made by famous maker, "Denmarks" of N.Y. with their post Vietnam War period "D22" makers mark - likely from the 1980's. This large badge is the official uniform size. The lot also includes the ribbon rack as shown. I've pulled a few ribbons from the mounting bar and they are consistent with makers marks from the same time period as badge - 1970's and 80's issue. The cover is made by "Bernard Cap Company" of Florida. It has what looks to be a date of 05/16 if I'm reading that correctly, which would not be in keeping with the timeline of the badge and ribbon rack. It also has the initials "ZP" written on the tag, and a very faint "Polukoff" stenciled along the liner. It's so faint it would not show up in the photographs. I did a tiny bit of digging, and could not find a Navy service record with anyone with that last name - so in summation, the cover/hat is a bit of a mystery. At any rate, it's included in the lot whether it's original to the grouping or not.
