Description

This is a beautiful old pressed glass toothpick holder in an unusual color. The glass is a creamy bright blue milk glass. There are areas of darker and lighter blue running through it, similar to slag glass.
I would call it Robin Egg Blue Slag Glass
The lovely pattern is called Croesus and is a geometric masterpiece, with diamonds, fans, and elaborate scroll work pressed into the glass.
Has 3 feet with tiny fans on each.
Stands appx 2-3/4" tall with the actual holder just 2" deep.
Has a dot of extra glass at end of one seam and a couple shallow straw marks that were done in the making and are typical of hand made pressed glass.
In excellent condition. No chips, cracks or flea bites.
Made by Harold Bennett's Guernsey Glass in the early 1960s.
