Description

The Robot Coupe BLIXER4 blender mixer cuts precisely and intensively with direct-drive induction, two fine-serrated blades, and a built-in pulse function. Made of stainless steel, the 4.5-quart bowl includes a handle for gripping, and a lid with a central opening for adding ingredients. To prevent messes, the shock- and heat-resistant lid is leakproof, and all parts of this unit are removable and dishwasher safe for cleaning.
For safety purposes, the Robot Coupe BLIXER4 vertical commercial blender mixer includes a magnetic safety system, a thermal failsafe, and a motor brake. Powered by a 1.5-horsepower motor, this mixer turns ingredients into texture-modified meals in seconds. Made of stainless steel, the shaft is heavy duty and durable, while the motor base is made of metal. This unit can also be cleaned with the bowl scraper arm and lid wiper.
