Safe USA Powerlifting Belt 2-Pronged-Blue Leather/Suede (Size Medium) Used

I just acquired this along with another 5 or 6 other Vintage belts from the 80'to 90's and have refurbished them. That means they are perfectly clean and REALLY stiff..... back to like when they were new so you'll have to fully break them in yourself.
Photos # 8 & 9 show the belt (on the left ) before refurbishing.
I already started the Break-in process so I would be able to ship them and you'll see that I mean when I advise you to open the shipping box carefully 'cause the belt will either pop out like a Jack in the box or a coiled Cobra!

Many of the more seasoned lifters (see: Masters) recall the "Safe USA" company from the late 80's & 90's. They were bought out by Titan in the early 2000's who kept selling a few items that were popular. Primarily, Safe USA was known for making high quality Power & Olympic Lifting Shoes & Weightlifting Belts

These belts used to cost 130 bux plus shipping from the company.
While this a used belt, it's extremely stiff as I recently cleaned/refurbished it
(see the "before" pics that I posted: pics #9 & 10)
and started the breaking in process. It's almost as stiff as Brand New so it will take a few session in the gym to loosen it up a bit.

Two prong zinc plated steel with seamless roller buckle.
Seamless, zinc plated steel roller buckle is unmatched in strength and durability, and it looks great.
Six rows of lock-stitching. The edges of the belt are finished with refinement but not rounded. Rounding of the edges lessens the effective width. Therefore the complete competition legal width is maintained.
Finished with top quality, fine suede providing non-slip surface.

A very important factor when purchasing a new weightbelt is knowing how to measure for the right size. The waist measurement should be the distance from the roller on the buckle to the center adjustment hole on tongue.
#1 Choice: Measure your existing weight belt.
No matter what style you own measure from the end of the roller to the hole most worn. This will be the most accurate.
#2 Choice: If you do not have an existing weight belt, measure your waist between your ribs and hips (around the belly button). Use a tape measure to get your "relaxed" measurement.
You CANNOT use your pant size to determine the size of your belt. Whichever method you choose, you must allow for whatever clothing you will be wearing during your workout (IE: Sweats, shorts, shirts,etc..)
The belt is a size Medium and measures 45" tip to tip.
It has 11 sets of holes approximately 3/4" apart from each other.
