This is a quantity of One (1) original U.S. Knife Company, SCUBA Knife. U.S. Knife was a company that went out of business years ago. This knife is new old stock from over 20 years ago. These are sharp, stainless steel, with plastic and rubber handles, covering a complete tang. It has a hard plastic scabbard,  with a button release, that locks the knife in. It also comes with rubber straps, so that the knife can be worn on an arm, or a leg. They are also good fishing, hunting, or camping knives, as they are very weather resistant. These are not 500 dollar knives, but the quality is pretty good. Great knife for the price.
