Sea Hunter #522 Japan diving knife

Description

This is a vintage Sea Hunter dive knife, in brand new condition. It is a Sea Hunter made in Japan and not a recent one Made in China. It's in basically a factory condition besides the box being worn by sitting in a closet for decades.
Most of these knives seen have been very worn. The sheath's normally have had the rivets rusted out and all sorts of use related damage. This knife has never been used or sharpened.
It has a very clean Hamon Line. Marked on the blade is Sea Hunter and the P I C Stainless #12522 Japan. If i am to understand this correctly when they made these markings it seems to be one of the earlier models as they did hand etch the knife serial number on the opposite side as well.
The Blade has an edge on both sides, 1 with tiny serrations. The knife is still factory Sharp. The Sheath is in beautiful condition, orange string that it came with is still bright, not faded, or torn in any section. Both leg straps still attached and rivets and latches are in good order and not rusted out. Also comes with original factory lanyard cord.
