    Description

    SOLID BRASS 19th CENTURY SUPERB STYLE HIGH PRESSURE FIRE NOZZLE.
    This beautifully designed nozzle has a small bore for a high pressure stream suitable to
    attack hallway fires in the old, all-wood hotels caused by the occasional issues with
    pre-electric gas lanterns,
    or in the kitchens where grease fires might get started.
    Hoses for nozzles like this
    had screw attachments,
    and the receiving end of this nozzle
    has threads for hose attachment.
    Also,as shown there is a regulating decorative wing-bolt
    device for controlling and stopping the water flow.
    CONDITION: Surface is lustrous and attractive, showing mild tarnishing, with expected
    signs of use and wear, such as a few tiny nicks on the edge of the turn-regulating bolt.
    Altogether very undistracting from this beautiful piece.
