Returns/exchanges:
No returns or exchanges for any reason except:
- Exception #1: we will refund for or exchange the item if it gets lost in the shipping process or
if it arrives damaged - you must contact us prior to sending the item back within 3 business days. All items accepted for a return must be shipped within 7 days from the moment you receive a return authorization.
- Exception #2: If you purchase a bracelet/ring that is wrong size we will gladly exchange it for a different size. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
