On Used Items the pictured or numbered item is what you will receive. If there are multiple items on a single listing, please indicate what item # you would like when purchasing.
Items we sell are closeout items. Therefore no returns are accepted whatsoever, unless the items are defective.
If an item is defective I will replace it or accept a return within 7 days.
If you have an issue with an item please contact me first before leaving feedback or opening a case on EBAY. We are an extremely customer service oriented company and will take care of your issue.
We will not do deals outside of EBAY so please do not message us and ask to do so.

Shipping details and policies:
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping price shown on the auction/listing includes shipping, handling and packaging fees as well as insurance. Insurance and Signature services are what drives up shipping costs but also helps protect you, the buyer.
In some cases I can give a small shipping discount on multiple items but generally when you see an item on auction listed it has already been packaged and prepared for shipment.
Large and or high value items will be shipped, signature required. No exceptions.
We do offer local pickup for our buyers but only to our buyers directly. No third parties of any kind. Shipping items helps manage inventory and meets Ebay’s shipping guidelines. We only ship to verified addresses… We cannot change an address after you have paid. We won’t ship items to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure you have a verified mailing address before bidding. Please make sure your address is correct. If we ship an item and it is returned due to incorrect/Non- deliverable address you will be billed twice for freight.
Hawaii and Alaska will be charged extra for FedEx/USPS freight due to extra shipping costs.
