Many churches and conference centers broadcast clear sound (no echoes) over an FM channel.  normal hearing aids can not solve the cognition problem.     Your sound system operator should know what frequency your church transmits at. These are factory set to Channel A which is 72.1 Mhz. You can use your standard PC head set or the ear bugs that came with your cell phone.
