A rock-solid crossbow that's built like a tank, the TenPoint® Stealth® FX4 Crossbow Package delivers big hunting performance from a compact design. Built around TenPoint's FSB (Functionally Superior Bullpup) stock and a fluted aluminum barrel, this supercharged crossbow fires bolts up to 370 fps with a hard hitting 113 ft. lbs. of kinetic energy. Fully integrated into the stock, the ACUdraw self-retracting rope cocking system makes it easy to handle the FX4's 185 lbs of draw weight. Easy maneuvering crossbow comes equipped with a TenPoint 3x Pro-View 2 Scope, instant detach 3-arrow quiver, ambidextrous side mount quiver bracket, and 3 carbon fiber bolts, Bowjax® Noise Dampening Kit, and instructional DVD. ACUdraw Limited Five-Year Operational Warranty
Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations outlined below, TenPoint Crossbow Technologies guarantees its ACUdraw units (except for the draw cords and power springs) against defects in materials and workmanship that adversely affect their operation for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase for the original owner.
This warranty only becomes effective if activated by the purchaser within 30 days of the purchase date by completing the warranty card included with the crossbow (or ACUdraw if purchased separately) and mailing it to TenPoint Crossbow Technologies. TenPoint Crossbow Technologies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept proof of purchase in lieu of a completed warranty card.
To make a claim under this warranty, call our Customer Service Department
for TenPoint for a Return Authorization Number.
TenPoint Crossbow Technologies will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Authorization Number displayed on the outside of the shipping container. Include your name, address, daytime phone number, and a brief description of the claim inside the package. Insure your shipment and send it prepaid via the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or UPS.
Limitations of Warranty
The warranty will be void if any of the following occur:
1. The instructions in the owner’s manual are not followed.
2. The ACUdraw or any of its parts are altered from their original state.
3. Damage is caused by abuse or neglect.
4. Damage is caused by firing a crossbow equipped with an ACUdraw with the string claw positioned in the trigger’s string slot.
5. The ACUdraw is installed on a crossbow that is rented or loaned for use by others by a retailer, wholesaler, or shooting range operator, or other commercial business organization, whether or not a fee is charged for its use.
There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.
The sole and exclusive remedy pursuant to this warranty is the repair or replacement of the defective part(s) at the sole discretion of TenPoint Crossbow Technologies. Parts determined to be unsafe will not be returned with the repaired ACUdraw.
The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly disclaimed.
All disclaimers and limitations of liability shall still apply even if the limited remedy of repair and replacement fails of its essential purpose.
In states where permitted, we assume no liability for incidental or consequential damage or for incidental expenses.
Any action against TenPoint Crossbow Technologies based on an alleged breach of this warranty must be brought within one (1) year of the claimed breach.
TenPoint Crossbow Technologies liability for breach of warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the product at the option of TenPoint Crossbow Technologies.
