    triptych religious Italian Altar & Trinket Box Distressed...... These are very nice old vintage pieces. Unfortunately the altar does have damage to the outside. As you can see there is wood damage and also a knob missing. Still displays nicely when  opened. the trinket  Box appears to be an older one .thanks for looking
