Vintage Brass Powhatan B&I works Ranson W.VA. Fire Hose Hydrant Adapter. Thread measure about  5-7/16" so I guess this is for a 5" hose. Weight about 18lbs 13OZ and has a stamp of TFD.  Overall good shape with signs of normal use, scuffs scratches dents and dings. It is a bit dirty and could use a cleaning also it is missing one gasket. See pictures for details.
