There is elastic ribbing at the bottom, in the collar and at the wrist to reduce exposure to the wind.  This jacket is in great cosmetic and fully functional condition, No Rips, No Holes, No Tears.
This jacket is from a smoke free and pet free home so no odors as well.
There is some surface dirt marks from previous use that might come off with a good cleaning. It is a vintage jacket so I would not expect that the stains will all come out perfectly, it will look nice but not brand new.
