Vintage Czech Brass Rosary / Pill Box with Saint Therese & Rhinestones...it measures about 1 3/4” by 1 1/4”...it has a reverse painted medallion of Saint Therese along with clear rhinestones in the top...in good condition...with normal wear, scratches and discoloration commensurate of age and use...this was probably for a rosary but would also make a wonderful pill box!
