Vintage Diving Scuba Knife with Ruler on the Blade, Japan Stainless Steel
The handle has an "I" or "H" - I have no idea what brand this is.
Condition Observations:
Used knife in vintage working condition.
There are some blade scuffs and markings on the end, and also general surface scratches.
