It is a valve or hose cap
It is 2 1/4 inches in diameter
The inside opening is about 1 7/8 inches in diameter
The length of the pins is 3 inches
Height is 1 1/2 inches
There is no makers name or mark
This is used, it is not a repro.  It has some wear and tear on it with some minor nicks and dings
It has a great patina
The threads are nice clean and crisp
If you are restoring a fire truck, fire hydrant, fire hose or nozzle, this is a must for your restoration or collection.  It will make a great gift to a fireman
