Vintage Spare Tire Cover - Packard, Dodge, Oldsmobile, Ford, ?

Description

This listing is for a vintage spare tire cover/ring. It appears to be in excellent condition. I am unsure of it's original application. I have had people suggest everything from Packard to Oldsmobile to early Ford to Dodge. I bought it because I was going to cut it in half and make a cool rear fender for a chopper, but it is so nice I can't bring myself to do it.
