Vintage steel 12" 'Suicide' Fire Nozzle.

Description

This is a unusual steel straight tip fire nozzle. These were common on standpipe hoses and were called suicide nozzles because the had no adjustments or shut offs, You turned on the water and went after the fire. These steel nozzles were made during war time (WW2) because brass was used for military things It  has a 1 1/2" NPT thread size with brass pin lug hose fitting. It is in fine condition for age and use. The nozzle is cleaned up nicely.This all steel nozzle measures 12" long. Hard to find nozzles like this.
