Description

Vintage Very Heavy Glazed Redware Pottery Lion Figure on Oval Form Base.  Naive hand crafted brown glazed redware figure.  Base & lion are one piece, measuring approximately 15-1/2" long x 11" wide x 6-1/2" high.  Unsigned.  Condition is  good with no chips or repairs, has two in the making firing cracks, one on the base & the other at the base of the lion's left front paw (shown in the pictures), just noted for accuracy.  The redware piece is very heavy & solid weighing 18 pounds so shipping will be higher & calculated to your shipping address.  Free local pick-up is also available, Lancaster, Pa. 17602.  Please view the pictures.  The listed shipping cost is for US buyers & shipping to e-bay's global shipping center for international buyers.
