Shipping note
: Since the shipping of rocks can get expensive due to their weight, all shipping is automatically combined, when possible. eBay’s policy of having all items shipped out within one day of receiving payment will negate combined shipping if payment is received before all of the auctions are won the purchases will be sent out at that time. All mailing will be by USPS.
Many items are listed using Parcel Post which can vary greatly with distance shipped.
If the price of Parcel Post is greater than the cost of a Medium Flat Rate Box a Medium Flat Rate Box will be used instead
Getting the product to you in the least expensive and fastest way possible is my intent.
. IF YOU INTEND TO ACQUIRE MULTIPLE ITEMS DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN ADJUSTED INVOICE.
I do create “holding boxes” for up to 15 days so you want to accumulate product and have it shipped at a more reasonable rate you can. Please indicate if you want to start a box. Also please inform me when you have completed your purchase so that I can send you an invoice with the adjusted shipping amount on it. Once again, DO NOT PAY for the items as you are filling that holding box.
Material note
: Washington has a great variety of jades, garnets, diopsides and other metamorphic items. Many times multiple different items can be found in the same stone. I will do my best to properly identify these before listing and seek advice when needed. Please note that all jade items listed will be nephrite jade unless otherwise indicated. Washington State nephrite jades may contain as much as 3% to 8% serpentinites- these will influence the hardness of the jade.
Welcome to my hobby. As has always been done, the items that are listed are what I consider to be a personal expression of art. Most items have been opened to reflect that artistic expression. There are occasions when the opening of the stone may be contrary to that expression since the item best reflects art by leaving it in specimen form, many of which are called suiseki pieces.
Sales tax: To Washington State residents the purchase will include sales tax.
